I joined during the early startup stage and helped turn evolving ideas into feature structures, two-sided flows, wireframes, interfaces, a design system, and supporting notes.

3. THE CORE CHALLENGE

The dual-role model required users to distinguish Recruitment from Hire Me, manage activities across both roles, and understand each flow's statuses and available actions.
